I tell you what, those INCA bids had better not be broker/dealers! SEC clamping down on that crap. The rules say that a 15c-2 11 must be filed to quote this halted pig, wherever it is traded, Nasdaq, INCA, Selectnet, where ever. So if you're connected to one of those guys, you better tell 'em to knock it off, 'cause they be in a heap-o-trouble.
