My thoughts remain unchanged, PLCOP is undervalued based on the current price of the common and the 6 to 1 conversion ratio. As is PLCO. In my estimation this is a great company, with some solid management (despite their reluctance to release news at more frequent intervals to keep investors abreast of what going on). We might have some near term pressure on PLCOP because of some convertible stock agreements the company did in 98, the amounts are insignificant though. Seems as if anytime someone sells PLCOP, someone else steps right in and buys it. I still believe, and will hold and continue to add PLCO/P/W as i can. Happy trading, Israel
