iVoice.com, Inc. Launches User-Friendly Internet Access Tool

/FROM PR NEWSWIRE NEW YORK 800-776-8090/
TO BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY EDITORS:

iVoice.com, Inc. Launches User-Friendly Internet Access Tool

ABERDEEN, N.J., June 25 /PRNewswire/ -- iVoice.com, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: IVOC) iVoice.com's new, fully-featured MICROSOFT Windows
NT based Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system with built-in application
generator, has now been enhanced to combine an INTERNET ACCESS TOOL which can
be connected to its IVR SYSTEM, or run standalone, with a Graphical User
Interface.
This powerful application, in unison with the IVR SYSTEM or STANDALONE,
allows a company to utilize both the touch tone phone and the INTERNET as a
way for clients to communicate and retrieve information. This revolutionary
new application tool also allows the Web and the IVR function to exchange
information with one common database. The same server being used for the IVR
SYSTEM can now be used for INTERNET access on the same platform.
According to Jerry Mahoney, President of iVoice.com, "Our IVR System is so
revolutionary, it can change the way E-Commerce is being done. Instead of
paying third parties to set up and control Internet order taking, everything
can now be done in-house at a fraction of the cost to the end user."
Here's how it works: In a normal IVR call, the system responds with voice
prompts, and by entering information with the telephone keypad, the IVR
system will respond with recorded speech, or send a fax.
With the INTERNET access for the IVR system, you "DIAL" the system by
clicking on a hypertext link from your browser. The system responds the same
way except in text form and not the normal voice prompt. You can enter
selections and get information by clicking on icons or choosing items from
menus.
Some of the applications available are: order processing and transactions,
database integration, questions and queries, account status, delivery
information, funds transfer, claims information and many more.
iVoice.com, Inc. plans to offer a series of pre-packaged applications
addressing different industries. iVoice.com, Inc. is a leader in the IVR
market and a leading expert in application development.
iVoice.com, Inc. designs, manufactures and markets innovative voice and
computer telephony communications systems for small and mid-size businesses
and corporate departments. The Company provides Interactive Voice Response
(IVR) products that allow information in PC databases to be accessed from a

IVOC's products are designed to be "people oriented", with features that
can be readily used without special training or manuals. The Company's
principal products, Visions 2001 and IVT Insight, incorporate this philosophy.
