Don't know.
Didn't see anything in annual report, didn't see (nor did I look for or ask) any sign of it at their stores. As another mentioned ELBO game sales are heavily weighted to the 1st 4 weeks after the release of the game, as such I'd be supprised if used and discounted are significant

Professor,
I see a few preowned games in the local store, but not very many. They are priced very low. $9 for the ones I saw. I would guess this is not a big part of their income.
