Ms. X: I am trying to decide if BBY is overextended, and if i should put in a stop; the P and F chart is a breakout, in "uncharted territory"; when a stock gets way above support and breaks out, are there any rules to go by, in order to try to protect gains?
Fundamentally, the stock was just added to the S+P 500, so index funds are buying it now.
Is anyone here familiar with how long it usually takes for the index funds to balance in the new entry to the 500?
Thanks for your help.
James
P.S.: do you have a price objective for BBY?
