LaLoggia of Rochester, NY, a Shareholder of New Sky Communications (SYMBOL: NSKY), disposed of 2,305,000 shares in 10 transactions for between $.05 - $.08 each between May 03, 199 9 and May 28, 1999. Charles M. LaLoggia currently owns 18,880,000 shares. A Form 4 reporting the transaction was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 10,1999. I apologize if anyone else has already posted this.
