Richard,

Won't Maxam have to demonstrate expertise by showing that they can recover/produce gold--and by doing so at a reasonable cost--before "Maxam Custom Milling" can be a "go"?

Richard,

Maybe it's about having an area that can 'currently' be mined and having the money to do it. From what I gathered, Birch Mtn has the permits to go ahead and mine, I don't know about the money.

If Max can show them a way to extract Gold & PGM's at a profit and they get up and running and it demonstrates the process in a production mode instead of a lab. I don't really care if MXAM is first, I'd just settle for just 'getting there' some time soon! Before I die. <VBG>

However, I wouldn't mind Maxam Custom Milling getting started and showing a profit as I hope to shortly find some MCM shares in my portfolio. :<)

Everyone have a good weekend,
Bob
