Financials

Don't get me wrong in what I'm about to say. I think Microphonics is a company with a good future. They seem to be making a profit and it's nice to know they aren't diluting to raise cash.

However, I have a small business (a computer consulting firm). I do all my accounting with a commercial accounting package. The kind of statement they just released I could print off from my accounting package in about 2 minutes.

If this is what they were going to release, why didn't they do this months ago?

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, you don't have to file with the SEC to have audited financials. Even if the local accounting firm they had screwed up with the SEC filings, couldn't they audit the numbers?

Another question, If first quarter profits were increased by late reporting sales, does this mean second quarter numbers are going to decrease?

To me, it's not the lack of audited financials that worries me as much as that we don't seem to be getting the full and truthful story from MRPS about the financials. This concerns me.......
