and to that you can add the following "psychoanalysis":

1) a very concentrated customer base

2) solectron's their sole manufacturer (with no long-term contract)

3) existing shareholders, NT and crosspoint venture, are offering more than half the shares; juniper got 'only' 2M shares worth of proceeds.
