Once a stock gets oversold when in a downtrend it is normal for the stock to rise back to that level of the last sell signal. This is the point where there are investors who bought, only to see it decline and want out. This is what causes resistance at that level. This level is $40. It is more likely the stock will move back and forth at this level then give a buy signal by exceeding a previous top. That is the point I might add to the positions. It's a great company so my assumption is it will resolve this situation with a buy signal but that is anticipating the anticipator. Tom
