Can you check the tech behind zcentral?

sdnonline.com

From this can you tell what they are using to handle the digitalme like functions?

=====================
It appears to me that it is manual log on system with a shared password giving access to a database of personal information, much like clicking "profile" here. Would like your opinion.

Read the Job opportunities page from the Wcentral site. The skill sets tell you what they are using. It has nothing to do with Digital Me. Looks like Novell's Digital-Me team should go to this site and look how another company and its technology is taking the Digital-Me thunder and running away with the value of the concept. WHY? Because they were able to deliver at "Internet Speed" and Novell has only talked the talk regarding Digital-Me.

From what I have heard, everything we have seen so far with Digital-Me from Novell has been Demoware for the most part. It is still far from production code. So it seems they are accurate when they say that we wont see Digital Me until Fall. In fact, I would guess that it will come out with the I-Chain that Schmidt mentioned in Brainshare.

I think the Novell marketing staff have been told to keep it quiet on Digital-Me for a while because the excitement that has been created in the past on Digital-Me has caught them off-guard and they dont have anything close to ready to deliver to the market at "Internet Speed".

That is likely why we didnt see any Digital-Me at PC-Expo, they want to quieten down all the over-excitment on this product that caught them off-guard.

Just my opinions.
