Has anyone actually looked at this from the

"That said, as per an April 13th news release, DCI is looking to retain an investment banker to assist in the review of the Company's available alternatives. This banker will help determine the course of action which is in the best interests of our shareholders, including but not limited to, combining with another company. An announcement will be made as soon as the investment banker has been chosen."

We can't even hire an investment banker? Come on... What about our prior investment banker Houlihan, Lokey, Howard, & Zukin?

This may be my opinion only, but I don't have much confidence in management's ability to understand finance/market making. I'm still holding on until I lose confidence in management's ability to run a telecommunications business. Remains to be seen by how they perform on the contracts signed earlier in the last year that should be ramping up any day now...

See ya,

Grant

As i said before, i'm no accountant. At this point, quite honestly, it doesn't matter to me about ITEL's $1.4M reduction in assets....but i probably would if i owned that stock.
