Here is your answer...the holding period excludes the day of acquisition...so it would have to be tomorrow (sat) and since we don't trade then Monday is the day.

I'm disclaiming here but I believe this to be true.Your highest cap gain tax is 20% all the way down to 10% depending on where you sit.
