More Sellers Than Buyers--True at the higher price but not the lower equilibrium price. Strictly speaking there has to be one buyer for every one seller. Otherwise, how could a lot of shares be sold.

there is never more sellers than buyers or vice versa. it takes both a seller and a buyer to make a market. it is sentiment that causes market moves. in this case, the bears are aggressive and the bulls are timid. however, it is obvious that the bears are not numerous - look at the volume. volume has decreased every day of the pause.

just wait 'till the bears become fearful and the bulls become aggressive. the bears will refuse to sell except at higher and higher prices and they will rush to cover their shorts. the bulls will no longer demand a discount and will eagerly pay higher and higher prices. you'll see it in the price action. if the volume swells at the same time (as it has in the recent past) it'll be clear who will win the battle.
