From Jim Jubak this morning over at MSN

moneycentral.msn.com

Add Metromedia Fiber Network (MFNX)
Metromedia Fiber has grabbed a unique niche in the telecommunications
wars and is now adding new services to increase the value of that niche. The company began by specializing in providing dark optical fiber connections to companies in major metropolitan areas. A deal signed with the Williams Companies in late May gave Metromedia Fiber the ability to hook up its local fiber loops with Williams' coast-to-coast network so that customers with multiple offices could easily link their broadband connections. On June 23, Metromedia Fiber announced that it would acquire AboveNet Communications, a provider of leased Internet networks and a host of server farms for companies such as RealNetworks. I'm adding Metromedia Fiber to Jubak's Picks with a June 2000 target price of $65 a share.

I am not one to know if that provison was entered into or not.....what I do know, or at least I feel, is that someone is walking the stock down thus making ABOV worth a lot less. It's the same as the MM's do, except this way is a little different.
Sure widh I had sold 2 days ago........
