The very first time I heard Clinton speak was at my daughter's graduation from LSU. At the time He was Gov of Ark. Everyone wondered why he was speaking. Well, it came out shortly after. His speech was so strange. He said every person in the US should have a college degree and he was working for that. The rest of the speech was equally preposterous. All the people walked away saying,"Who WAS that man and what on earth was he talking about?" Strangest speech I have EVER heard. Thought it was a joke when I heard he was running for Pres. Come to think of it, it was. A joke on us..R
