Scnine! The BDs are breaking the law. NOT ALLOWED TO POST A QUOTE, period and end of story. Theoretically, in a legal sense, the INCA activity should only be institutions. But since this is a joke crim stock, the only action institutions are playing is short (about half the INCA volume IS moi @ 20K of 50K).

So, the question is, who is on the bid, since it ain't supposed to be broker/dealers? Perhaps crim brokers at your behest?

So let's see the law breakers are J. ALexander (ALEX) and D. L. Cromwell (DLCR). ALEX we know from all the other halted crap like USAT and CTRN is a maggot MM. What do we know about DLCR?

That ALEX just wants ANOTHER visit from the SEC, perhaps he just wants to be shut down all together.
