I guess my frustration is showing as well. You have a good post, and good questions. I am short and have essentially the same questions. With billions and billions of e-commerce out there and growing by leaps and bounds, competition for the secure SW will be vicious. If I were a business in e-commerce I think I would ask "Who is CUST?" and that is assuming they can solve and produce the technical solution. Bob T.
