question- writing calls against employee stock options

For Michael or the knowledgeable folks out there
- my employer has granted me some stock options
valid for the next couple years. I'm not interested
in exercising those immediately. Instead, I'd like
to take advantage of the time value of those as such:

- write calls (which appear to be "naked" to the broker)
- in case I'm assigned, exercise my options to deliver
the stock

How do I go about implementing this idea ?
I'm concerned with:
- turn-around time between when I'm assigned
on my "naked" calls and the time to get
my employer's options

- how to get approved to write those "naked" calls

or even alternatively
- is it possible to have those employee options
deposited somewhere and write the calls against them ?

thanks
regards
Mauricio

PS: I have asked pretty much the same question in another
board before I found this. I intend to cross-post the answers.
