Thanks Todd. I had guessed as much. And looking back over the PR and the way it compares to the previous PR's, I'm inclined to agree. And what better reason to sell. I just got burned big time on SIRN's management--not just poor, but crooked, it turns out. Actually, I ended up bailing this AM also at 2 3/4, once the big volume sells hit after the first bounce. With that kind of sell pressure, it would seemingly be awhile before NCES would recover technically, as well as fundamentally. With so many greener pastures out there warranting investigation, including your ZNDT, I don't want to wait around anymore. Regards, Dave
