I concur that the involvement of the DOJ seems a blatant attempt by the government to take sides in what is basically a commercial/market issue. The notion that M$ should have to unbundle IE from the OS is totally ludicrous.

IMHO, Netscape blew it in '95 when they failed to pursue the concept that the browser was the operating system. They could have really run with that one. As it turns out, it appears that Windows 2000 will fulfill much of that concept.

Good luck with your M$ holdings. My preference is for companies that have less of a bully's approach to life. But as Bill G. can attest, nice guys don't come in first, if at all.
