Thanks K...will you post if and when you get a response? Also, ha anyone seen the report from SSB yesterday on MRL? Seems to be fairly positive concerning on time delivery...down 5% today is compelling, but could go lower I guess. MEXP seems to be slowly advancing today. As word gets out, I expect this to trade to $2.50.

K,

Kelly Miller is on vacation. Ask to speak to Bill Baumgartner CFO.

Also ask what kind of life might be expected with that well ... How fast might production decline?

I suppose the gas production is 1 million cubic feet per day = $2200/day at $2.20 per thousand.

K., oilbabe,

1 Billion scf/day? Are you really sure about that number? Are you sure it's not maybe 1 million scf/day, or 1 MMcfd? That would be much more in line with low GOR black oil reservoirs, just applying a rule of thumb.

Don't own any MEXP, considered it and backed off. Good Luck to you all.

Aggie

K, re MEXP well figures:

I'm sure that's too high, otherwise it would be so obviously material that they would have to issue a release.

900Bbl oil/day * ~$11/bbl = ~$10K/day
1 bil Cubic Feet/day * ~$2.20/Thousand cubic feet = ~$2.2 Million/day

Well is worth over $700 Million/year?
