To me, the only reason it seems to be staying above 24 is that somebody (TD perhaps) is making sure it doesn't dip below the offer price to try and stave off further embarrassment. The allocation process along with the last minute addition of more shares at the highest price was a joke. We all got boned.

sold today near the low....acting as if the fair price of 20/share will be reached. I guess they got a little greedy. Probably good for the long term....like a savings account with a little down side entertainment.
