Michael: AV has been scheduled to make an announcemnet on Monday for some time. It is about the general format and workings of AV and how it is improving its services - it is not about CMGI. Unless something where to happen over the weekend about CMGI - I would expect the announcement to be business as usual. AV is a separate company and does have a mandate to prepare itself for an IPO before the end of the year unless a new strategy were to emerge.
