This puppy went down to chawowa size and now they say it will be a great dane but it is still a dog till they clear up the finances.
What is clear is that ERHC has an approximate $7 million shortfall in
working capital and is undergoing big changes in structure that will be very highly dilutive to current shareholders. It looks like the number of shares outstanding on a fully diluted basis is a whopping 146,357,210.

Should be little downside to this one seeing that Mobil is
starting to get off their hiney. I never thought that I would
ever average down again but here I am. My gut is telling me
that I did the right thing or it's that warm fuzzy feeling
I got from that Tia Maria/coffee concoction.
