Let me put something to rest here...before I get any further questions. Illinova does not care about corporate struggles within SGI. They have no vested equity interest. It is strictly an agreement for the purchase of upgraded coals. They have no intent to get involved. This is from John Spencer. Anyone who feels Illinova's knowledge of the "Vote No for Joe" issue will affect the agreement must have some more complicated motives than I can see. If so, I'd love to hear about them.
