The question in my mind is why would any one in their right mind negotiate with Rene when all that is needed is to wait for the certain decline into Chapter 11 or worse and then buy the assets along with the technology and move on without the baggage of the current management and a quarter BILLION unhappy shareholders to worry about. I really would be delighted if anyone could come up with a logical scenario as to how and why an outsider would step in with things as they are now. Cheers: John D.
