We did it willingly.>> That's right, a Japan with no military is in our best interest, but, that does not take away from the fact we DO(and in tthe past far greater %) provide the lion's share of the cost of their defense.!. Also, you should take a look at that $48B, it's nothing, spit in the wind. By the way, after They attacked Pearl Harbor you call our actions "willing"? If we practiced they're style of warfare, you & I would not even be having this conversation now. Japan would be a parking lot.
