Thanks mark,

here are my comments about the recent posts on raging bull, you just don't know or care enough to HAVE RESPECT FOR ANYONE.

1)http://www.ragingbull.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=FCM&read=15937

Fair enough, it was not proof read by anyone in franklin, not smart, but that's over. It's worth bearing in mind the comments from bulls regarding this issue, and how wrong I was. Well as it turns out, I was not wrong, the company admittedly made a mistake. A subsidiary is a subsidiary, not vice versa. OK Rick

Debunking
a) I never said this lawsuit was initiated by Magruder, however can anyone provide information that this lawsuit is over ?? Because that seems like the claim that helen has made ??? It is my understanding from reading those papers that franklin is seeking damages from Magruder, which means that this is not over.
b) What is the status of the Serna lawsuit ??? Both Magruder's and Serna's cases are in federal court ???
c) Is franklin stating that the recently registered shares are included in the 25,206,730, not in addition to that amount ???? Which employees are eligible for those options dating back to 1986 ???? By the way, how did the shares outstanding grow to 25,000,000 without one forward split ???
d) Were the shares that were issued to family members sold or do they hold those shares currently ?????
e) Does JM Best claim to franklin that his company is being financed by Garage.com ?????
f) At the time franklin filed their injunctive relief, was Usat a customer, or was usat lost temporarily ?????
g) If usat is still customer, does the franklin know if usat has received their financing ??????

Lastly, does franklin know why Cybervoz.com lists only one phone number on it's website and that number is to a residence. No one is answering that phone either, there is a tape on. There is also no phone listing for Cybervoz's Corporate offices. Not a good sign. I would suggest that franklin be careful with this company, as it seems it could turn into another intrine.com

Flame away !!!!!!
