Just got a call from my broker, who checked with his compliance officer, re a short position on a de-listed stock... i.e. - U short 10K of a stock at 1.00 which equals $10K in your account... - Stock get's de-listed... - The $10K sits in your account for a max of 2 years, or until such time the stock is deemed to be worthless... - If your short, u win, but u gotta wait for at least 2 years to get your bucks... ...ed
