Joe. . .Vancouver is now the penny stock scam capital of the world. . .an honor recently stolen from Denver. Boca Raton is the front runner to take over the distinction. La Jolla is fairly new on the scene, but gaining in popularity. Dallas had it a while back. And Las Vegas is always good for a top 5 position. See SEC Fraud Enforcement Division. . .for further articles and details.

Most OTC are scams, in my opinion. . . .and one way or another, the scammy companies can be traced to or through one of these cities. Nevada has very liberal corporate law, which attracts scammy companies.

Remember. . .if there is a Gucci store in the same city as your OTC headquarters. . . .it brings up suspicion. Palm Desert, CA. . .Scottsdale, AZ. . .Beverly Hills, CA . . . get the picture?

Not to say that ALL companies from these cities are scams. . .but because so many are. . .it requires extensive investigative DD.
