BestAsk - BestBid Problems

Chris, thank you for the quick response. I installed Version 2.3 Build 9 but still got a BestAsk on ANCR right at the end of the day of 23.3125 (which should have been 24.062). It does get a little disconcerting - I have to disconnect my heart rate monitor.

Chris, FWIW, I'd be willing to pay more for more reliable options quotes. Don't get me wrong, generally I'm very happy with Qcharts, but missing options stikes, wrap around symbols and in some cases a lack of acknowledgement options even exist, are becoming irrating if not an obstacle to profits.

Other than this one problem I am very happy with the reliablility and functionality of Qcharts...not a better value anywhere. Thanks to you and the Qcharts team.

I just signed up for Qcharts...so far, so good.

One simple question. I have triple monitors. How do I get Qcharts to run on all three screen? It won't let me open another window or drag the charts over.

Thanks in advance for any and all responses.

Chris, please advise when the Qcharts options problems will be resolved....they are quickly becoming unacceptable. Tried the data problem link and likely won't waste my time there again.

Thank you,

sf

Chris, like Steve I've had my share of problems with the options chains. Generally, data@quote.com is pretty responsive to emails about missing quotes and series, but there are dozens of "holes" in the data and I don't feel I can trust the chains these days. Could you at least let us know the status of your plans to fix 'er up?

Other than that, QCharts is terrific!!!

Chris,

Has this fix been implemented? I still get bogus bid/asks. I sometimes get ut's when it should be a dt and vis versa.

Thanks
