Higher rates and the public starts taking more notice of Y2K. Only 1-2% of the public are aware of "it" now. Testing of nuclear power plants will bring more attention to it.
The general market continues weaker. Yesterdays 132 down then 17 up today is still 115 down but the markets get more violent. This time however I see gold/gold stocks holding up. By the end of the month I will be 50%+ cash.
