Had a brief but positive conversation with Mr. Mendez today. He stated very clearly that "filing date will be on or before July 1 99". He also mentioned that there are acquisitions and other events that will be mentioned in PR when "legal" approval is given. I have every confidence that management is doing everything it can to intelligently handle the incredible opportunities that have been presented to LGOV. For all the doubters, remember that quarterly filings will give the ENTIRE investment community the opportunity to learn about LGOV. Ultimately, what is filed will drive the company (and us little humble shareholders) to a very rewarding financial future.
