Thanks for responding to my post Maxamillian, I do appreciate your quick response. As far as SEC filings I guess we would be looking for the possibility of registration for the NASDAQ, but that of course requires a sustainable stock price of 4 dollars or above and capitalization of which I am not sure of. But you say GOProfit was given the "greenlight" I am not sure what for? Hopefully the CEO situation will be solved soon, but I am in no rush, I am just hoping they get the "right" person to help propel GoProfit into worldclass profit. chuckr

I thought the website was supposed to be officially opened in mid August, about 45 days. I would certainly expect a PR in mid-August at least. To do an IPO you need to attract visitors to your site and you need PRs to attract visitors. I would not expect the actual IPO to occur before the snow flies. The SEC is very bogged down these days. It may be filed for before then, but not approved. Nevertheless, an announcement by the company of their intentions and a continual improvement of the site would keep me happy in the interim.
