Debunking the lies and bull on SI and Raging Bull

I just spoke with Helen and would like to provide
a report that will show that much of what is being said on SI and Raging Bull is nonsense.

Ofcourse we all new that!

1. The Magruder Lawsuit

Magruder had a non-compete in his contract. He left Franklin to try to work for USAT. Franklin
filed an injunction in state courts for him to honor his non-compete. State courts upheld the
injunction. Magruder appealed to federal court.
Federal upheld as well. The was NO SUIT by Magruder against Franklin.

2. Recently registered shares. There was a filing recently to register approximately 6 million
in employee options. These ARE NOT NEW
options. They were registered so that the employees would not have to wait a year between
the options being granted and exercisable (so they would be more free trading) These
options
were for 5 different employee option plans in the
years 1986, 1988, 1993, 1994, and 1998. If you
go back and look at the 10Qs you will see that
the shares outstanding and fully diluted shares
outstanding have not changed as a result of any
of these options. The have always been there.

3. The difference 70K shares in Frank Peters holdings:

Between Thanksgiving 1998 and Christmas 1998, Frank gave 10 thousand shares each as
gifts to
his children and grandchildren.

4. JM Best continues to order product.

5. For anyone that cares to listen the company
is doing very well as they continue to seek new
business and maintain existing relationships, such
as USAT, who continues to order product, SEC investigation or not

Thomas I did say those things back than and back than I believed them to be true. I challenge you to find any post where I lied or misrepresented anything. I have maintained throughout the years that I post that you do your own DD and never buy or sell based on what I post.

For the record maybe my timetable was off but I still believe this is a potential $35.00 stock.

Now with you Countless times you have misrepresented, twisted and distorted facts to suit your BS arguments Just today you were shown to be all three of those thing on 3 different topics. You sir are a convicted liar.

Tom that there is no proof that any poster can effect the share price. I submit right here and now that I feel that a barrage of negative posts can have 2 effects to readers. First, possible new investors will get disgusted with posts like this one that provides zip in information about FCM and second will start to ware on the border line investors.
