Sonny,

Quick Off Topic. If they would even post the golden rule that should cover it all. I don't believe that has any religious connotations to it.

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

Have a great weekend everyone!!

Ann (the one with way to much common sense for her own good! <gg>)

P.S. Dang I'm starting to sound like my mother and grandmother. Oh well, both wonderful women!

Sonny,

Frank deserves many happy returns on his birthday for starting this thread.

Blodgett gets his instructions from his employer like any other analyst. Merrill seems to want them to generate commissions; they do their job. In return they get to occupy the bully pulpit.

I'm not a religious man, but the Ten Commandments could offend nobody. Not even the President could object to about nine of them.

Sonny,

There is an interesting article at news.com. The interesting part is that the licensing of Intel IP to the chipset vendors means that they don't have to depend on AMD any more, which means that they won't depend solely on AMD any more, which means that we have yet another nail in AMD's coffin. They had better get a move on to pump out their K7 while the window of opportunity is still open.
