More dumb questions. Can all DVD players read the double density discs? Is the DVD-10 single density double sided?

Anamorphic Widescreen is a lense used in the theater. It makes 35mm look bigger. The actual film is compressed and the lense widens it so it looks right. You can tell in video if the film expands after the credits are over. During the credits the image is squeezed in and then it expands to look right, but you lose the sides. Exactly what this means in video I'm not sure. Hopefully it means you don't lose the sides.
