I'm patiently waiting to see how much we are going to get awarded. Every $60,000 is a penny EPS. I would think a half million in damages would sound pretty good (ie: 8 cents EPS.!!!)

Normally I would think an award such as this is just a nice blip but the fact that this signals the end of those nagging legal expenses, I'm considering it more structural. Hmmm...next year there will be 10 cents less in legal expenses and an extra 3 cents from closing the NJ facility and maybe 5 cents extra profit from the Bot Tox being produced in Tampa -- ie: an extra 18 cents next year without even considering revenue growth!!! Add in the 8 cents from the lawsuit and the neog fundamentals are going to look real good!!! Have you ever done any discounted cash flow analysis? At some point this baby going to go. Although we are going to probably have to wait until an aquisition can prove to the market that neog management knows what to do with the cash.
