There's tons of pennystock newsletters. I know of several that I got ETPI on. Maybe this was a new one. Will do a little research.

ps: Marcus Shelby has now switched screen name to Safe Cents. FYI

I don't think there was too many daytraders involved since the price stayed up there at the end.

I'd hate to think that a pennystock newsletter could move 1,000,000 shares better than the daily average. If there's no underlying business basis for this move (something that isn't exactly the same as it was a day earlier), then ETPI will inevitably ooze back down to the 13 cent level again.
