I guess you're referring to OJ and clinton, whose definitions are relative to their particular decision on what to answer or NOT, sleaze clients with money can afford to interpret the law any way they want - a result of the left policies of "nonconsequential behaviorism" and "don't do as I do, just do as I say" elitist practices.
