Dear Rules Committee, This is to advise you that should my timing entry for the T-Shirt contest prove to be correct, i.e. 90 minutes after arrival of President Blystone at the drilling site on June 30, 1999, and my entry is subsequently rejected, I plan to file an APPEAL and seek re-dress from a higher authority! Of course, it will be the burden of the Rules Committee to prove that the spudding did not occur precisely 90 minutes after Blystone's arrival. Lucky Dog P.S. Do we get to specify the color of the T-Shirt?
