Ramsey, excellent antiMSFT rant
good argument... I also read that "Wired" article on 80+ reasons MSFT will slow down... these guys are 100% invested in the Windows platform... Java is a real threat... new HewPack internet language Speak? might make a dent also... a damage claim of $500M to Sun Micro might just wake up the industry and WallStreet, for muddying the Java waters

let's keep telling the story that QCOM is the next MSFT of Wireless... eventually the stockholders of MSFT will migrate to QCOM... I see a changing of the tech guard evolving slowly, more like "revolving" as in revolution... several days lately when techs were up, telecom was up, but PC's languished

in two years I expect to hear the same arguments against MSFT overvaluation as we hear now about Coke... 40 times earnings, with growth at 5% tops!!!... except MSFT is better run and will find new niches and industries to invade... expect the Feds to block MSFT at new turns

MSFT also makes shitty software... at least once per week in Excel I encounter "APPLICATION FAULT ERROR" with nothing unusual performed... it kills the window dead

MSFT pours 95% of all development into NT, not Win98 applications

good night, Gracie
