Stocker. You ask some very good questons. I have been wondering the same thing but was not able to get in touch with the offices on Friday in time before they closed. I do not believe that any news shares are being issued though.

My guess would be that IBI would issue shares from treasury to account for the bank's new 15% ownership stake, but, there may be other ways of struturing the deal. These would be good questions for management since the company isn't likely to announce much detail about the funding.
