If I could have orgasm at will I would all the time, except for an occasional cigarette break, unless I obeyed the rule of sharing. I find it definitive that neurosurgeons continue practicing rather than wire themselves to stimulate the pleasure centers (Olds Effect) and doping out on that. But how could continual neural self-stimulation compare to the pleasure of fixing someone's broken brain? Relieving their pain. Giving them life. That's God-like Power and the greatest pleasure of all. One might even consider dying on a cross on a hill somewhere if one were deluded into thinking it might save everyone from Hell.
