Rich:

What sold me on this stock is that it is not dependent solely
on one or another precious metal. The gravel, sand, in addition
to the P. Metals adds a lot of value. Uncontested title, esp. in
Venezuela, is important. With Teck and Martin Marietta getting
involved, this certainly adds a new dimension.

Of course, if a skeptic like Claude can generate some enthusiasm for
this one, it deserves more than a second look. I have become
a shareholder recently, though of course wished I had bought in at
8 cents.

Regards

Dan

Hi Rich:

<<The thing to keep in mind is once this study is complete, the risks will drop dramatically and estimates of future cash flows will be relatively hard numbers>>

Given that CSL traded as high as $2.40 when the possibility of a deal (any deal!) was much more speculative, IMO the upside should be at least that on any positive news from one of the potential partners. The float is still very small -- only about 4 million shares total (I think) and a lot of them in strong hands -- so we could have some real volatility in the weeks ahead.

Amazingly, I'm almost breaking even at these levels. I never thought I'd see that day <vbg>.

Howy
