Few days back I reported that my market order to sell Mail.com was executed 45 minutes late. In the process I lost 3/8 (not much though). I sent a letter to wit asking why this delay. Immediately within 24 hours I go a mail they will research this problem. That same day they replied that they traced the problem and at my order entry time stamp I should have been able to sell at 3/8 higher. They said they will issue a credit od $37.50 to my account. Within a day I see it. Good job wit. I have noticed * Service is improving. * Less wait time for traders and customer service compare to eTrade * Very knowledgeable and friendly customer service. No bullshiting as they did before. *
