So has RG decide to bring Rich back on TSIG? If not this would be a RED FLAG that RG is going to chapter 11 the company. Rich, the man is willing to come on and give his time until the business that he bring in makes money for his pay check. How many of us out there are willing to do what Rich has offered.

Philip, the only way one can do that that I know is trace all the shares, in the last 10 Q, there is a table showing the genesis of the shares and also a litany of all the options and all the prior debt conversion (from Gordon debt). I believe my last count was 80 MM and if the TA says now that there are some 95 MM outstanding, the last 15 MM shares were from conversion (of course, if you know for sure that no options were exercised). Immediately after the authorization of the new shares, they will have to register these new shares and then (too late of course) you will get a better view of how much of the floorless was converted.
