I caught that WSW thumbs up.

My shares are up 135% since my purchase 2 years ago. I was smart enough to buy the stock & even smarter by still holding them. I'm not complaining.
Sorry the posts have been few & far between, but CPWM is after all a retailer & it's kind of hard to get excited about that vs. HiTech/internet stuff. The company keeps expanding into regions that are untouched so it's no wonder sales continue to increase. If you've ever been to a Cost Plus store, it's pretty hard to walk out without having made a purchase.
In the short term a talking head money manager may give CPWM a boost but this is not rocket science. CPWM has been a west coast fixture for over 30 years before they even went public. Anything that has survived that long is a no-brainer. As it expands geographically, it's only a matter of time as others recognize CPWM's merits.
For all I know, the WSW guest knows nothing about CPWM except that they ran a chart based on certain parameters and CPWM showed up on it.
The stock's P/E is about 38 so it ain't cheap but long-term should be a much safer bet than high-flying tech stocks. I needed some diversity in my portfolio away from tech and am still long.
Only a recession will stifle it's sales growth.
Your thoughts are welcome.
