>> I called friend in Cabletron NH <<

Craig did raise this issue with the City Council of Rochester a few years back, but they voted down the name-change, 7-6.

Yujin,

You have been a sporadic, but reliable poster on this thread for several years now. You predicted Cabletron's troubles when most still considered them a formidable competitor to Cisco. Do you truly believe that Cabletron is about to sell Spectrum to CPQ. Personally, I cannot see how such a move fits into any of CPQ's strategic initiatives and what they would hope to gain with such a purchase. I'ld appreciate any further insight you might have into Cabletron's current competitive condition.
